Until I read your article I had no idea Turkey had sent assistance. Sad that the Israeli government probably learned nothing from their moment of shame, which was really very much downplayed by Netanyahu, who pulled a broken wing act rather than truthfully admitting the situation and telling it like it is. Typical of Israeli politicians. Now the situation will be quickly buried and forgotten with more attacks on civilian Palestinians in Gaza as a diversion from reality. One of the sentiments I was hearing was, "how come we have money for F-35 planes but no money for a few fire fighting planes". The answer is simple. "We" don't have the money to buy F-35. those planes are paid by US tax payers. those that doesn't enjoy the tax cuts that is. So i'm thinking, maybe uncle Sam should do Israel my country a favor and throw us to the deep waters so we might learn swimming, even in the middle eats, and maybe stop acting like cry babies.
