MSNBC reported, on July 10, 2008, that Michelle Obama was talking about fatherhood, responsibility and accountability, and said the following to describe her husband’s understanding of women’s issues through the prism of the strong — but sometimes struggling — women in his life.

His own mother, she said at the beginning of her remarks, was “very young and very single when she had him.” And, Obama added, he has observed his wife’s attempts to reconcile motherhood with her career aspirations.

“He sees me, his wife, who struggles every day with that guilt that we all hold deep in our hearts as women,” she said. “That guilt that you don’t have the choice to stay home, and even if you do, you feel guilty.”

“He has seen me struggle with this my entire life,” she added. “Trust me, Barack understands the struggles of women.”

Got that, you Obots — Michelle Obama, herself, puiblicly said — His own mother…was “very young and very single when she had him.”

Now, who are you going to believe? You own drug-adled brain or Michelle Obama.

I have a challenge for Mr. Martin: for every character-assassinating remark, also make one policy suggestion with an evidence-based argument that the policy would work.

Martin is like a pathetic bully in the schoolyard, trying to get everyone’s attention by insulting the smart kid.

I have never been part of any “birther” movement and, on the contrary, have debunked people who believe Obama was born outside the United States. I have debunked Orly Taitz. We are not “King” and “Queen.”

As for his remarks concerning my political activity, the gentlemen he quotes as attacking me had had to “eat” his words. We attended the same dinner last week, and I was the first candidate speaker at the Republican dinner. Questioning Barack Obama is mainstream Republicanism, as it should be.

The hard left may be in a frenzy, but it is not because of Republicans. It is Barack Obama who betrayed the leftist loonies and exposed them as dupes of Obamanation. The problem with “red diaper” babies such as Tod Gitlin and Blumy is that their mommies never gave them diapers at all.
