Republican Gomorrah remains the only progressive title on the NY Times bestseller list. The conservative titles on the list are only there because of bulk buys by Scrooge McDuck right-wing sugardaddies to use Malkin and Levin tracts to insulate the walls of their Nantucket mansions. Republican Gomorrah has been promoted almost exclusively through independent and online media. It is currently #12.
